Fundraising dinner in support of La Tablée des chefs at Le Fuchsia

On November 30th, a fundraising dinner took place at Le Fuchsia restaurant in support of La Tablée des chefs. Students of the diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in Professional Cooking prepared a 4-course gourmet meal for the 86 guests, with the students from the catering courses providing the service during the evening.

At the end of the night, a total of $1070,45 was given to the association whose mission is to feed people in need whilst supporting the next generation of cooks, a cause close to the heart of the International School of Hotel Management & Tourism at LaSalle College.
