If you can visualize interior design concepts when you walk into a room and recognize how a well designed living space can increase your quality of life, then equip yourself with the skills to develop creative planning solutions with the Interior Design online course.

Throughout your online training, you will focus on living spaces and learn about architectural graphic standards, construction materials and finishes, as well as how to illustrate interiors with the AutoCAD software.

Graduates of this Interior Design online course grasp the history of styles & interior design and are able to design furniture that reflect decor concepts. This program leads to an Attestation of College Studies (AEC).

After completing the Interior Design online diploma, you will gain access to the following fields of employment:

  • An online program based on the original LaSalle College Interior Design program.
  • A variety of courses available remotely.
  • A combination of virtual classes, self-guided training, and homework for a minimum amount of class hours and a maximum amount of freedom.

  • Length of program: 16 months.
  • 24 hours/ week of work (includes self-guided training, virtual classes and individual study time).
  • This 810-hour program leads to an Attestation of College Studies (AEC) that is accredited by the ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur (MEES).

  • Flatbed scanner

You can install Autodesk 3D Studio Max 2013 on a Mac iOS 10.6 (or newer) computer with a Windows partition. The system must use the BootCamp application to help manage a dual operating system configuration and to meet the minimum system requirements: 2.7 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM and a minimum of 70 GB hard drive space available for running Windows.

Software and materials are necessary and may incur fees. Your tutor will supply you with a list of required software and instructions on how and where to download them at the best price.
