LaSalle College Students Give $5,000 to the Research Institute of the MUHC

On Wednesday, July 13, 2016, more than 250 guests answered the call sent out by the students of LaSalle College Montréal’s Event Planning program and attended the brilliant Under the Stars reception, a benefit event whose goal was to raise money for the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) and its research initiatives.

All dressed in white in honour of the immaculate white building, the guests took advantage of this occasion to visit the new research facilities and find out more about the leading-edge research projects that will be carried out in the coming years.

This benefit event allowed to raise no less than $5,000 to the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre.

Fashion Trip: Discovering the Fashion Scene Backstage in New York

A group of fashion students left Montréal for a few days to visit the icons and exhibitions of one of the four major fashion capitals: New York. Their trip included a visit to Tiffany & Co., to the headquarters and archives of Gap, to Bergdorf Goodman, to the MET's Costume Institute and to the FIT Museum.
