Regional Final of the Global Student Entrepreneurship Contest
Come and encourage tomorrow's entrepreneurs at the LaSalle College | Montreal finals!
After several months of hard work, the 9 teams registered at the Global Student Entrepreneurship Contest from the Montréal campus will present their business concept in front of a jury composed of Gabrielle Breton, Maude Rondeau and Raquel Tulk, three LaSalle College graduates and now successful entrepreneurs!
The candidate selected during this regional final will have the opportunity to present his project at the international final on May 29, 2021. For all the details and prizes, click here.
The competition allows participants to develop an idea leading to an innovation that meets the needs of a target audience.
The projects allow contestants to unfold their vision, develop their problem-solving and decision-making skills, and demonstrate their autonomy and self-confidence.
To support participants in the development of their project, the College offered workshops on these topics:
- Ideation process
- Prototyping
- Marketing
- Business model framework
- Finance
- Oral and visual presentations
Since entrepreneurship is at the heart of the LCI Education network's educational mission, this contest aims to support entrepreneurship projects and allow students from different campuses of the LCI Education network to assume their role as citizens of the world.
