A run will be held in September 2018 to raise funds for the Proyecto de Vida project.
The students of Special Care Counselling at LaSalle College have the unique opportunity to learn about international cooperation through a long-term project, the Peru Project.
The goal of the Proyecto de Vida trip is to share the educational practices acquired in Quebec with local organizations of Collique, a disadvantaged neighborhood in Lima, Peru.
The project, which lasts 18 months, is aimed at preparing students for their first experience in international cooperation.
The run will be accessible to everyone; several courses will be offered in distances of 1, 5 or 10 kilometres. You don’t run? No problem, you can also walk the distance of your choice.
A strong LaSalle College representation would be greatly appreciated for this event that will help the students fund the project. Come with your family and friends to make this event a success!
