This intensive Residential real estate broker 2 sessions program (AEC) is tailored for people interested in real estates and looking for a dynamic career.

This program trains students to execute all the tasks and functions required of a residential real estate agent. Working as intermediaries between buyers and sellers throughout all stages of the real estate transaction, real estate agents advise, counsel and support clients.

Graduates will meet the criteria of the Loi sur le Courtage Immobilier and pass the certification exam of the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec.

Program availability

Graduates are qualified to become residential real estate agents.

Semester I:

  • Financing of a Real Estate (45 h)
  • Architecture and Construction (45 h)
  • Real Estate Law I (60 h)
  • Contract Drafting (45 h)

Semester II:

  • Management and Sales (45 h)
  • Evaluation of a Real Estate (45 h)
  • Real Estate Law II (60 h)
  • Contract Drafting (60 h)
  • Task of a Residential Broker (75 h)
