ROSE LE SOIR : 7 Students and 1 Teacher Come Together for a Great Cause

Following a special invitation from Mr. Arnaud Helfenbein, a teacher in the Professional Cooking program from the International School of Hotel Management and Tourism of LaSalle College, seven students had the opportunity to participate in the ROSE LE SOIR fundraising event held for Brest cancer at the end of October.

The following students participated in this event:

Sicong Zhang;
Isabel Cristina Torres Linares.

This event, held at the New City Gas on October 28^th, gave two of our students the opportunity to land internships. This is proof that volunteering is priceless and fulfilling.

Their tasks as volunteers consisted of finalising the hors oeuvres prepared for some 800 guests under the supervision of 13 Montréal chefs, among them were Olivier Perret and Roland Del Monte at Renoir, Alexandre Gosselin at Chez Victoire, Nick De Palma at Inferno, Mathieu Saunier at Osco and Christophe Morel at Morel Chocolatier.

A special thank you to Mr. Arnaud Helfenbein who contributed to this event, his invaluable experience was greatly appreciated and helped to make the evening a success.
