Our Presence at the 2014 Fashion and Design Festival

For their 14th edition, from August 20th to the 23rd, the Fashion and Design Festival, organized by Sensation Mode Group, is at the Quartier des Spectacles. The International School of Fashion, Arts and Design of LaSalle College Montreal and Inter-Dec College are demonstrating their know-how in the tents.

The School of Fashion is presenting the winning creations of the 2014 Télio Competition and Inter-Dec College is offering manicures and makeup application. Besides our two splendid booths, we have the honor of taking part in three fashion shows.

MUST-SEES!

Thursday, 7 p.m.: the Joncas twins, winners of the first and second prizes of the 2014 Télio competition, present their recent creations.
Friday, 10 p.m.: Andrew McNally, a teacher at LaSalle College, is the stylist for the “Fashion on the Rocks” fashion show.
Saturday, 4 p.m.: LaSalle College will present part of Signature 2014, the fashion show put on by graduating students of the Fashion Design program.

The Fashion and Design Festival is a major annual celebration of creativity in downtown Montreal. This unique event offers a varied program, including fashion and multidisciplinary shows, live creation, musical performances and design in real time.

NYC Fashion Trip

Fashion Trip: Discovering the Fashion Scene Backstage in New York

A group of fashion students left Montréal for a few days to visit the icons and exhibitions of one of the four major fashion capitals: New York. Their trip included a visit to Tiffany & Co., to the headquarters and archives of Gap, to Bergdorf Goodman, to the MET's Costume Institute and to the FIT Museum.
