Exams are stressful, which is why Student Services has scheduled 2 free yoga sessions given by a qualified instructor on Wednesdays, April 25th and
May 2nd from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Plaza on the 6th floor.
- April 25th - Energy and confidence (this session will help you prepare and be confident for your presentations and exams).
- May 2nd - Relax and let go (to help you relax during this particularly stressful intense period).
Bring your mat or a light blanket, and come breathe!
