LaSalle College invites you to a 3-course themed dinner in collaboration with the Bocuse d’Or, an association that promotes gastronomy worldwide, notably through the most prestigious culinary competition in the world.

Students on the DEP Professional Cooking program will design and cook a menu that you could find at the best restaurants. The Bocuse d’Or Canada team will be on hand to support the students, who will receive precious tips from real elite chefs.
