Can you tell us more about your career path?
With the help of the LaSalle College Career Services, I found my first part-time job during my studies. I started as a credit card sales representative for a marketing company. After achieving the highest result in Canada, I got promoted as an event supervisor for the Quebec region where I had the opportunity to manage a team of five people.
I always wanted to work in the banking sector. So I applied for a job and started working as a bank teller. Today, I work as a Financial Service Representative.
What would you say to someone studying in the Business Management program today?
Never give up. Ask yourself where you want to be in ten years and work your way up. Don't apply to only one job, have multiple choices and go to as many interviews as you can so you become an expert. Make the right connections. Make sure you always have the time to help others.
