Industry realities in the classroom

LaSalle College provides students a true understanding of the professional environment. La Classe Restaurant opened in 1996 and is a concrete example of how the College is concerned with offering real opportunities for learning to their students. This restaurant serves to the public and is where students in wine and food service, restaurant management or cooking can put the theory to the test.

A daycare for the next generation

In January 2012, the LaSalle des petits daycare opens its doors catering to the next generation of thinkers. Aspiring child care workers and early childhood educators studying at LaSalle College can observe and learn from the daycare’s work environment and understand the implication of the profession.
