Proud of our Design graduates!

Winners of the first and second place prize in Télio’s ‘’Canada’s Breakthrough Designers Competition’’, Mathieu and Frédéric Joncas dubbed the “fashion twins”, have received a lot of media attention since last February. The Fashion and Design Festival, which LaSalle College Montréal took part in, decided to devote part of their program to the brothers so that they could present their collection.

The Joncas twins graduated from LaSalle College Montréal’s International School of Fashion, Arts and Design in May. They have made the headlines several times since their triumph at the Fashion and Design Festival held in August.

Eva Friede, the well-known fashion journalist of The Gazette, showered them with praise in her most recent article. A full page is devoted to them!

NYC Fashion Trip

Fashion Trip: Discovering the Fashion Scene Backstage in New York

A group of fashion students left Montréal for a few days to visit the icons and exhibitions of one of the four major fashion capitals: New York. Their trip included a visit to Tiffany & Co., to the headquarters and archives of Gap, to Bergdorf Goodman, to the MET's Costume Institute and to the FIT Museum.
