On May 5th, 7 students from LaSalle College’s International School of Hotel Management & Tourism received a bursary from the Fondation de l’Association des restaurateurs du Québec (ARQ). A total amount of $2,000 was granted to the scholarship holders in presence of Mr Sylvain St-Hilaire, member of the board of directors of the Fondation ARQ, and Ms Martine Lizotte, the School director.
The granted students were:
- Geneviève Labrie, second year student from the Food Service Management program.
- Myriam Nallely Padilla Rodriguez, first year student from the Food Service Management program.
- Chin Man Kao (not in the picture), from the Professional Cooking program.
- Naomi Moleka Ndembu, from the Professional Cooking program.
- Andreza Thomaz de Lima, from the Professional Cooking program.
- Xavier Furness, from the Professional Cooking program.
- Claudia Fabiola Arias Perez, from the Professional Cooking program.
