Beginning in the Fall of 2020, LaSalle College will migrate to Microsoft Teams Classes to provide an enhanced online student experience.


Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I did not receive my LCI education.net email:
    Check the personal email you registered with. If it is not there, check your spam. As a last resort, contact the chat room. However, you must have checked your schedule once before we can send you this email.

  2. I cannot get into my Teams or my Office 365:
    Please be sure to use your LCI email address and not your personal email address. The password for logging in is the same as the password for logging in to Omnivox. Follow the procedure in the user guide that you can find on the orientation platform and on your Omnivox for the two-step authentication process.

  3. Who is my student coordinator?
    Visit our orientation website and go to the section dedicated to your school. There you will find the administrative staff for your program.

  4. Will I have classes on campus?
    If you have any questions about your courses and schedule, you can consult the My Schedule section on the orientation platform.

  5. How do I get my student card?
    For all questions related to your student card, you can consult the My Student Card and my OPUS Card section on the orientation platform.

  6. How do I get my OPUS card?
    For all questions related to your OPUS card, you can consult the My Student Card and my OPUS Card section on the orientation platform.

  7. I do not see the link to my class?
    Your class link will be placed on your Omnivox, in the LÉA Classroom by your teacher. It will be found in the Announcements section of each of your classes. If you need more information, a user guide and an information capsule can be found on the home page of your Omnivox.

  8. I do not see my class on Teams?
    There is a 24-hour delay after retrieving schedules from Omnivox for your class to appear on Teams.
