Students from the Cooking, Hotel Management Techniques and Food Service Management programs helped design and organize a fundraising event for Fondation Répit Québec. They cooked and served a three-course gourmet meal to more than 170 guests and provided service during the event’s opening cocktail reception.

This dinner show took place on November 21 at the Montréal Science Centre and featured two Québec comedians, Jean-Thomas Jobin and Stéphane Fallu. The students and teachers worked together with the comedians and emcee Émilie Duquette to make this evening a huge success.

Thank you to Fondation Répit Québec for entrusting this major event to us each year and congratulations to our students who demonstrated all their expertise. Throughout the evening, they were warmly congratulated for their professionalism, the quality of their service and the refined dishes they had prepared.
