Unveiling of the winning concept in the “ Les chics vitrines d’Alexis ” contest

The unveiling of the winning concepts in the “ Les chics vitrines d’Alexis ” contest took place last Friday. The contest was organised in collaboration with Place Alexis-Nihon.

In the context of the Visual Presentation course of LaSalle College’s Fashion Marketing program, more than 180 students were invited to present a concept for a store window. From design to budget planning, students worked on their concepts, following the guidelines imposed by Place Alexis-Nihon. The four finalist teams created their window concepts under the supervision of their teachers. More than 2,300 people cast their votes to determine the best concept.

Florence Harvey, Mikela Vaillancourt, Alex-Sandra Dallaire and Olivier Goulet won the contest for their concept entitled Le Temps (Time). They shared an $800 prize.

Placing second, third and fourth in the contest were the concepts entitled Chic Urbain (Urban Chic), Retour aux années 70 (Back to the 70’s) and Minimaliste (Minimalist).
