Quebec Food Services Gala

On Thursday, November 12th, more than 100 students of the Hotel Management Techniques, Food Service Management and Professional Cooking programs of the International School of Hotel Management & Tourism have taken part in the annual Répit-Québec fundraiser, at Montréal Science Centre. Their mission was to plan, prepare and serve a gastronomic meal to more than 220 guests during this evening. 

Every year, the non-profit organization, Répit-Québec, organises this event sponsored by the Quebec food services industry in collaboration with LaSalle College. This initiative provides financial support to parents who would like to register their disabled child to an adapted summer camp, in order to give them a pause from their everyday challenges.
