You may have heard of Bill 96 and you might be wondering how will it impact your admission and studies at LaSalle College?

To put you in context, Bill 96 (now Act 14) concerns the legislation on the official and common language of Quebec, French. This act makes changes to the Quebec Charter of the French Language (better known as Bill 101) as well as several other acts.

Beginning in the Fall of 2023, a student without a certificate of eligibility to receive instruction in English (COE), who begins an AEC program in English will be required to demonstrate a sufficient knowledge of French, as defined by the regulations of the Ministère de la Langue française, in order to graduate.

We understand that this situation can bring its share of questions, which is why we invite you to an online information session on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.  from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. During this session, you will be able to ask us your questions live.

The webinar will also be recorded and available to watch afterwards.

If you are registered in a DEC, don't miss the online info session for the DEC programs at 12:30 p.m.
