The Professional Cooking specialization attestation is geared towards individuals who would like to advance in the field, are passionate about gastronomy, and want to further improve their cooking skills. 

This program will allow students to familiarize themselves with current culinary products, develop new recipes, use their creativity, create industry connections, and fine-tune their career opportunities. 

Students will grow in an interactive environment and participate in activities at a restaurant open to the public, giving them a concrete opportunity to apply their skills. 

They will explore the latest trends in food technology, become familiar with current computer tools, and tackle various culinary techniques from around the world.

The program trains people interested in a career as a cook and helps them grow in their professional practice. It is offered to individuals who have obtained a Diploma of Vocation Studies (DEP) in Professional Cooking or who have worked in a career or profession related to this program of study.
