No. You can make a minimum deposit to reserve your spot. Deposits are non-refundable.
Breakfast at the hotel is included. Dinners, which are upgraded for better tables, are also included, and will allow you to experience local gastronomy in different neighborhoods. Lunches are not included.
If you pay the student price, there are four students per room. At the adult price, there are two people per room. Students are assigned to rooms based on requests made on the forms, the language of instruction and the study program.
You must have travel insurance. The travel agency will automatically add travel insurance to your trip. However, check if you’re already covered by your parents’ insurance policies or by your credit card insurance. If you decide not to take the agency’s travel insurance, you have 30 days to cancel it by calling 1-800-263-2806.
Yes. You can contact the travel agency at 1-800-263-2806 and change your return flight. If you do so in advance, you might not have to pay any fees.
The cancellation fees are very expensive. Read the travel agency’s cancellation terms very carefully.
Unfortunately, since the spots for the activities are limited, they are reserved for trip participants only.
We recommend that you get a cellular data plan for the trip. Cell phone providers offer them at affordable rates and it allows the group to stay in touch during the trip, and to communicate meet-up times.
