This intensive Residential real-estate agent 2 sessions program (AEC) is tailored for people interested in real estates and looking for a dynamic career.
This program trains students to execute all the tasks and functions required of a residential real estate agent. Working as intermediaries between buyers and sellers throughout all stages of the real estate transaction, real estate agents advise, counsel and support clients.
Graduates will meet the criteria of the Loi sur le Courtage Immobilier and pass the certification exam of the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec.
