The Hotel Management Techniques program (AEC) is designed for students gifted in human interaction and keen on professional mobility.
This program trains graduates to access a multitude of equally-interesting professions, and enables them to work as hotel employees or entrepreneurs anywhere in the world once they have completed their training !
The rich course content teaches students rooms division management, conference organization, cost control and food services management. In addition, students will have an internship in a hotel or restaurant, providing them with the practical experience required for optimal performance in their field.
