Apparel Production Management - NTC1E

Apparel production managers face several challenges, such as: production quality and cost control, efficient management of inventory, meeting deadlines, hiring and firing personnel, evaluating and improving work conditions, implementing quality-control programs, maintaining workplace health and safety, maintaining good relations with other departments and suppliers and keeping abreast of current trends.

In addition to training managers to assume the above responsibilities, the Apparel Production Management program offers stimulating courses providing students with knowledge and skills relating to fabrics, apparel, mathematics, both linear and modular workplace procedures, management of personnel and information technology.
