Conceived in response to demands from the business community and in the context of globalization, the Evaluator-Estimator program (AEC) is designed for those looking for a dynamic career in real estate management.
The objective of this program is to provide students with all the tools and knowledge necessary to perform a dual function – the first being construction estimation, the goal of which is to devise a detailed study of the project based on plans and bids - the second being real estate evaluation, which consists of researching property value.
Both functions will be studied with the assistance of a certified Evaluator.
