Once again, our students outdid themselves for a good cause! This year, La Tablée des chefs hosted the 14th edition of the Semaine des Écoles Hôtelières du Québec, presented by the SAQ. This major event rallies more than 800 cooking students from 15 schools in Québec, including LaSalle College students in the Professional Cooking DEP program.

On March 8th, 10,000 portions of meatloaf were prepared by our students and chef-teachers in our kitchens in order to distribute them to people experiencing food insecurity across Québec.
