On Wednesday, November 16, LaSalle College, founding member of mmode, hosted the first mmode Workforce Forum. That day was intended to be a place for exchange, discussion and inspiration for the fashion industry and human resources professionals.
The morning was a unique moment on the levels of reflection and experience due to the variety of speakers from all different industries: Debbie Zakaib, Managing Director of Grappe métropolitaine de la mode; Claude Marchand, President and CEO of the LCI Education network and copresident of the Workforce Priority of la Grappe mmode; Maral Kassemjian, National Human Resources Manager at Les Thés DAVIDsTEA; Véronique Biron, Human Resources Director at Taxelco Téo Taxi; Linda Cyrenne, Managing Director of CSMO Textile; Dominique Duchesne, Human Resources Director at Logistik Unicorp and Jean-Philippe Bradette, Vice-President Learning Strategies at Ellicom.
In addition to the presentations and discussion panels, the workshops contributed to making the mmode Workforce Forum an enlightening and inspiring day!
