Three LaSalle College students featured at the Grands prix de la relève Annual Gala in restaurant, tourism and hotel management

It is under the presidency of M. Jérôme Ferrer, renowned master chef, that more than 200 professionals from the Quebec tourism industry as well as restaurant, tourism and hotel management students and teachers will celebrate the Excellence de la relève

The Grands prix de la relève Annual Gala in restaurant, tourism and hotel management highlights finalists who have distinguished themselves during the competition organized by the Association québécoise de la formation en restauration, tourisme et hôtellerie (AQFORTH). 

Out of 35 finalists, 3 LaSalle College students were selected:

  • In the Hotel Management category (DEC Hotel Management Techniques), let us highlight the success of Jamila Ketwan.
  • In the Restaurant category (DEP Professional Cooking), let us acknowledge the accomplishment of Mohamed Al Mashhour.
  • In the Tourism category (DEC Tourism Techniques), let us congratulate Marc Gravel

Among the 35 finalists, 9 winners from multiples categories will be honored. One of them will be receiving the Grand Prix de l’Excellence, awarded to the student who, with the quality of their candidacy, will have distinguished themselves from other winners.
