Holiday Toy Drive
The Special Care Counselling students are organizing a Holiday Toy Drive to give you the power to make a kid smile! Drop your toys at the large toy chest located on the Mezzanine.
Mezzanine (second floor)
1 out of 4 children, under the age of 15 live in poverty in Montreal.
This means that more than 170,000 kids in this city will not experience what we experienced when we were little — the uncontrollable flurry of steps that thump to the base of a gentle tree; a parent smiling with a cup of coffee as you keep asking whether they got you the gift that you knew, in your little heart, would make you the happiest?
The Special Care Counselling students are organizing an activity that gives you the power to make a kid smile — the Holiday Toy Drive 2017.
Donate toys! Drop them off at the large toy chest located on the Mezzanine, on the 2nd floor.
As long as all toys, games, and books:
- Are UNDER $20.
- Are for children NO MORE than 16 years of age.
- Do NOT involve violence (i.e. guns, army-related, swords, and knives).
- Are NOT edible.
- Contain NO liquids or fluids.
- Are NOT made of glass, or AREN'T fragile.
