Louis-François Marcotte: renowned chef, entrepreneur, tv personality and author of several successful cookbooks.

He managed several restaurants such as Simpléchic, Le Local, Le Hangar the Bistro-bar à vin and he participated in Cooking tv shows such as Signé M, on TVA.

Concerned with healthy eating, the chef joined the Sportscene Inc. Group in Spring 2015 and became Vice-president of Innovation and brand image.

Louis-François Marcotte will honor us with his presence on November 22 at 2:30 p.m., at the Student Corner, 6^th floor.

He will share with us his incredible career path and his vision for the La Cage aux Sports cuisine.
