program trains students in various aspects of
management, including supplies, sales, special
projects, market development, supervision of
personnel and international commercial transactions.

Knowledge of these concepts provides students
with the skills to participate fully in the accounting
cycle and provide technical support in the
computer-assisted management  of a business.

In addition, the content of this program provides
a concrete perspective of business realities,
due to careful study and comprehension of the
parameters affecting management
and accounting.

Admission criteria

Have obtained a Secondary School Diploma (DES) and completed the following courses :

  • Language of Instruction from Secondary V
  • Second Language from Secondary V
  • Mathematics TS or SM 4e (or Math 436)
  • Physical Sciences from Secondary IV
  • History from Secondary IV

or

Have obtained a Professional Studies Diploma (DEP) and completed the following courses:

  • Language if Instruction from Secondary V
  • Second Language from Secondary V
  • Mathematics TS or SM 4e (or Math 436)  

or

Have obtained an equivalent education or an instruction deemed sufficient. Every case will be analysed by the college.

Level

  • This program leads to a Diploma of collegial studies (DEC).
  • Holders of diplomas of collegial studies in accounting and management techniques may, if they so desire, apply for admission to university.
  • This program is also offered for an attestation of collegial studies (AEC).
  • Thanks to agreements signed by LaSalle College and many universities, it is possible to be granted equivalencies and credits for certain courses.
