The Rooms Division Management program
is designed as much for students interested
in acquainting themselves with the hotel industry
as for those already working in the industry but
wanting to advance in their careers.

It offers those with a flair for human interaction
and a desire to evolve internationally access to
a wide range of dynamic professions.

This training consists of developing skills
to approach a client, manage accommodations
(reservations, reception, housekeeping departments),
manage service and business personnel, market
and sell products, prepare operational budgets and
utilize information technology and communications
techniques.
