Real-Estate Evaluator/Estimator

Conceived in response to demands from the business
community and in the context of globalization,
the Evaluator-Estimator program is designed for
those looking for a dynamic career  in real estate
management.

The objective of this program is to provide students
with all the tools and knowledge necessary to perform
a dual function – the first being construction estimation,
the goal of which is to devise a detailed study of the project
based on plans and bids - the second being real estate
evaluation, which consists of researching property value.

Both functions will be studied with the assistance of a
certified Evaluator.

Employment Prospects

By the end of the program, graduates will be able to apply their knowledge in two types of employment.

A real estate Evaluator could work for:

  • government ministries,
  • real estate companies,
  • other private-sector companies, or
  • municipalities.

 

A construction Estimator could work for:

  • residential, commercial, or industrial construction firms,
  • electrical or mechanical entrepreneurs, or
  • municipalities.
