Classrooms adapted to suit students' needs
LaSalle College’s active and collaborative approach to learning has reinvented the traditional classroom. We have transformed all of our classrooms into innovative learning spaces that offer ergonomic furniture, interactive whiteboards, art installations and cutting-edge technology. Just because we’re downtown doesn’t mean that we can’t have real trees, hanging plants and living walls. After all, we’re a green college!
On their part, our FLEX classrooms offer additional flexibility to students by allowing for HyFlex learning, meaning both in-class and distance learning, simultaneously. Our FLEX rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure that online learning is of the highest quality, while making the experience enjoyable for both the students in the classroom and the teachers! Their user-friendly design and state-of-the-art equipment make these classrooms a must in the digital age!

If you want to learn a new language or fine-tune your language skills, Languages Across Borders (LAB) Montréal specializes in teaching second languages and helps students adapt, live and work in a new linguistic environment. LaSalle College students get a 15% discount on part-time language classes at Languages Across Borders (LAB), located in the basement of the College!

It sponsors several different activities to promote networking with different stakeholders in the employment industry.
LaSalle College knows that work experience is in high demand by employers, that is why we offer a Work-Study Program (WSP) that allows you to undertake two paid internships during your studies to gain work experience related to your field of study. Having WSP on your resume will speed up your job hunt.

Creating a positive student experience is one of our top priorities. We have put together a special team whose mission it is to ensure that all students have an unforgettable student experience. We offer services and activities that you can enjoy throughout the entire school year. These perks include student services, career services, sports teams as well as many student outings such as the sugar shack and the trip to Tadoussac. Whether you like sports or culture, our lineup of activities will get you excited about getting involved.
At the start of the school year, new students will be paired with a mentor who can answer any of their questions and make the transition to school life as seamless as possible. Feel free to meet with them!

The distinction of Excellence, the highest level of certification with Cégep Vert du Québec is based on the principle of continuous improvement. We care about environmental issues, sustainable development, ethics and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
We not only recycle and compost as much as possible but have done away with plastic straws and bottles. All of the containers used in the cafeteria are either recyclable or compostable and we promote local products and businesses whenever possible.
